Principal Biostatistician - Hematology

Regeneron seeks a Principal Biostatistician to support hematology drug development within the Global Development team. The role involves designing clinical trials, developing statistical approaches, and collaborating across functions to drive data-driven decision-making for life-changing medicines.

Responsibilities

• Articulate drug development questions and design statistical approaches with cross-functional teams
• Co-author clinical study protocols, statistical analysis plans, and perform statistical analyses for interim and final reports
• Collaborate with Statistical Programming to develop tables, figures, and listings for decision-making and regulatory submissions
• Analyze clinical trial data and non-trial sources to support program-level decisions
• Deliver training to non-statistical colleagues and contribute to professional development through publications and conference participation

Requirements

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related discipline with internship experience; or MS with 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience
• Excellent influence and leadership skills with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration ability
• Critical thinking, time management, and effective communication skills in fast-paced environments
• Solid knowledge of statistical analysis methodologies and clinical trial design
• Expertise in statistical software such as R or SAS

Compensation: $109,900-$179,300 base
