Dental AssistantOsky Dental | Oskaloosa, IAJoin Our Team!Osky Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our growing team! If you're passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoy working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.We take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both our patients and our team members. You'll work alongside experienced professionals who value collaboration, quality dentistry, and helping each other succeed.ScheduleMonday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMGenerally every other Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PMCompensation$20-$25 per hour, based on experienceWhat You'll DoPrepare treatment rooms and assist the doctor during a variety of dental proceduresWelcome patients and help create a comfortable, positive experienceTake digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient recordsSterilize instruments and maintain OSHA and infection control standardsProvide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative careSet up and break down operatories efficientlyAssist with charting, impressions, and other clinical duties as neededWork closely with the entire team to ensure smooth daily operationsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious dental assisting experience preferredCurrent dental assistant certification and/or radiology certification (if required by Iowa)Strong communication and organizational skillsPositive attitude with a willingness to learnDependable, detail-oriented, and a true team playerPassion for delivering exceptional patient careReady to Join Us?If you're looking for a practice where you can grow professionally while making a difference in patients' lives every day, we'd love to hear from you.
