Customer Support Associate

Working remotely on a part-time basis, the Customer Support Associate will manage data entry and administrative tasks, providing timely and accurate service through phone, email, and chat while maintaining a performance-driven focus. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to obtain or verify required information and conduct employment verifications Review, process, and verify driver, compliance, and employment documentation while completing an average of 8-10 tasks per hour Document customer interactions in CRM systems and escalate complex issues to internal teams as needed Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service or SaaS support experience preferred Experience in a professional customer service environment is a plus Comfortable using CRM systems and phone-based support tools Able to follow established procedures and handle sensitive information with care
