IT Systems AdministratorFL Sunrise - Sunrise, FL 33313OverviewSalary Range $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 Salary/year Position Type Full TimeDescriptionAs an IT Systems Administrator at Rose Paving, LLC, you will serve as the primary IT contact, providing support to our internal customers and maintaining our national IT systems primarily from Sunrise, FL, as part of a national remote team. You will be directly responsible for all aspects of our internal end-user laptops and mobile devices, as well as the resolution and triage of IT tickets. Your role involves working in a highly virtualized Microsoft Azure environment, which includes managing On-Premises Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Business Central, and Office 365. Additionally, as the point person for IT during Mergers & Acquisitions, you will play a critical role in integrating and harmonizing IT systems across newly acquired entities. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with new teams and ensuring a smooth transitionWork in an environment focusing on assigned support service requests while keeping internal customers informed on statusHandle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network, server management, and mobile devicesInteract with staff to resolve desktop problems and their resolution.Maintaining network security, business continuity, records and documentation, and vendor relationshipsReview system logs and respond /resolve system eventsMonitoring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems across the USInterface with support vendors to resolve operating system issuesAfter-hours Primary/Secondary support as requiredSetup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections (various internet browsers) and proper functioning of computer systems and software for various applications and programsEvaluate applications and software patches for desktop applications to solve desktop issuesTroubleshoot computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.Manage Active Directory Domain & Azure AD, including user accounts/rights/permissions, group policies, etc. Includes Microsoft IntuneReview and troubleshoot monitored backup failures and test recoveryPerform hardware/software updates/upgrades as required to maintain a secure and healthy networkQualificationsAssociate Degree in an information technology or related field, or demonstrated comparable experienceStrong willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the United StatesMicrosoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals AZ-900Overall, 3-5 years' experience in a Systems Administrator role with in-depth, hands-on experience in the following technology areas:System and application monitoring using an enterprise monitoring systemAdministering backup systemsAdministering solutions in Microsoft AzureAdministering Microsoft Dynamics in 365 environmentsAdministering Microsoft SharePoint in 365 environmentsAdministering Microsoft Office 365Administering Microsoft Exchange OnlineProficient with Microsoft PowerShellStrong troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of:Teams for BusinessSIP and IP voice communicationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365Microsoft Dynamics Business CentralCompetenciesVery Strong Customer service skillsAnalytical skillsOrganizational and planning skillsAbility to work alone or in a team setting Rose Paving
