Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Wireless Sales and Customer Service Associate, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and sales success. Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Meet and exceed performance goals by matching customers with the best wireless plans and devices.
- Customer Rapport: Use your communication skills to build trust and recommend the right products for each customer's needs.
- Technical Support: Professionally resolve customer service and technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay Current: Keep up-to-date with the latest telecommunication trends and network technology.
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, preferably within wireless or electronics sectors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and effectively.
- Bilingual abilities (SPANISH) are a plus to serve diverse customer bases better.
- Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions.
- Experience in supervising or leading team activities is desirable for growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math to manage inventory efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to foster positive interactions at all times.

Técnico: Familiaridad con Microsoft Windows y Excel. Legal: Debe ser elegible para trabajar en los EE. UU. Logística: Debe contar con transporte confiable. Idiomas: Se prefiere Bilingüe (Inglés/Español). Actitud: Gran disposición para prosperar en un entorno de ventas y contribuir al éxito del equipo.
