We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-minded Packager to join one of our valued manufacturing clients. In this role, you will play a hands-on part in the day-to-day production process, handling chemical transfer, product labeling, and packaging while upholding the highest standards of quality and workplace safety. LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 630am - 3pm

PAY: $21.50

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support daily production schedules while maintaining consistent communication with team members to ensure workflows and deadlines stay on track.

- Safely move chemicals from bulk storage tanks or containers into appropriate receptacles using pumps and hoses, following all relevant safety protocols.

- Label and package completed products in a clean, professional manner that aligns with established quality and presentation standards.

- Ensure the outer surfaces of finished containers are free of chemical residue or contamination prior to the completion of packaging.

- Properly clean and maintain transfer equipment - such as pumps, hoses, and associated tools - both before and after use to promote equipment longevity and reliability.

- Adhere to all personal protective equipment requirements at all times and actively help foster a culture of safety among your fellow team members.

- Identify and suggest opportunities to streamline production processes and boost efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.

- Promptly notify the appropriate team member of any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs as they arise.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Prior experience in chemical handling, manufacturing, or a production environment is a plus.

- Basic mechanical aptitude, including comfort working with pumps, hoses, and hand tools.

- Strong attention to detail and a consistent dedication to delivering quality results.

- Ability to adhere to established procedures, safety guidelines, and standard operating protocols.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout a shift.

- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
