Circles Northwest Arkansas seeks a Program Manager to implement VOIS Institute programming, focusing on the Fellows Program and community events across Northwest Arkansas. Key Responsibilities Lead weekly program implementation and serve as primary contact for Fellows Provide one-to-one coaching in storytelling and public speaking Foster supportive cohort experience through consistent communication Coordinate speaking engagements and leadership opportunities Track participation and progress for evaluation Requirements Minimum 2 years in program management, community engagement, advocacy, or education Experience facilitating adult learners from marginalized communities Strong organizational and administrative capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience Interested in this job?
