RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet with homeowners, builders, and contractors to discuss project needs and design ideas.
• Assist customers in selecting cabinet colors, door styles, finishes, hardware, and other cabinetry options.
• Create functional and attractive kitchen and bath designs based on each customer’s needs and budget.
• Measure kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces for both new construction and remodeling projects.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Develop cabinet layouts and designs that maximize functionality, storage, and aesthetics.
• Work with customers throughout the design process to make sure their expectations are met.
• Communicate with contractors, builders, installers, and other members of the team as needed.
• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service from the initial consultation through completion of the project.
• Maintain accurate measurements, specifications, and project details.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of kitchen and bath functionality and cabinet construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking measurements.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creative eye for color, style, and space planning.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Computer and design software experience preferred.
• Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable working directly with customers.
