Pay Range: $2,352.00 - $2,469.60

Schedule: 08:00 - 16:30

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: 2+ years home health experience; OASIS exp; must be local candidate or true traveler if commuting over 40 minutes; must have PA license; coming from a high volume home health role, will see 5-6 patients per day with high volume of documentation. Must have 1 weekend out of every 4.

Responsibilities:

• Provide home health nursing care to patients in the North Princeton area.
• Manage a caseload of 5-6 patients daily, ensuring high-quality documentation and compliance.
• Utilize OASIS for patient assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Adhere to all licensing and safety protocols.
