Human Resources Business PartnerA growing, multi-location organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operational leaders across multiple locations. This hybrid role is based in Port Charlotte, Florida, with a schedule of four days in the office and one day working from home. The ideal candidate is a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with operations leaders, coaching managers, resolving employee relations matters, and helping build a positive, high-performing workplace culture. Candidates must have prior experience supporting multi-unit operations in industries such as healthcare, hospitality, fitness, retail, or other service-based organizations.Benefits & CompensationCompetitive salary of $85,000 (there could be some wiggle room for the right candidate)Hybrid schedule: 4 days in the office / 1 day working from homeComprehensive health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits401K with company matchRequirements & Qualifications5+ years of Human Resources experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar roleExperience supporting multiple locations (at least 10) or multi-unit operationsStrong background in employee relations, performance management, coaching, and employment lawBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plusResponsibilitiesPartner with operational leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and complianceSupport multiple business locations by delivering consistent HR programs, policies, and best practicesCoach managers on talent development, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and organizational effectivenessHelp drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, workforce planning, and HR initiatives that support business objectives
