Associate Account Director

Serving as a key player-coach in the Account Management department, the full-time remote Associate Account Director will manage a portfolio of approximately 12 VIP accounts, coach 2 to 3 Account Managers, and ensure high-quality client deliverables without carrying a sales quota. Key responsibilities Own and manage client relationships for a portfolio of high-value accounts, setting strategy and overseeing deliverables Coach and develop Account Managers, providing feedback and ensuring quality assurance for their output Utilize AI marketing tools to enhance campaign quality and efficiency while addressing day-to-day team challenges Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and email marketing Proven ability to design and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI for small and mid-sized businesses Strong client retention skills with a track record of building long-term relationships Experience in coaching and mentoring, with a genuine interest in developing others Comfortable working with a full AI tool stack and capable of quickly learning new technologies
