We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Operating Room Coordinator to join our premier plastic surgery practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced surgical environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• 3-5 years of operating room experience preferred , with plastic surgery experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
• Professional, positive attitude with exceptional attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields for cosmetic and reconstructive procedures
• Scrub and assist the surgeon during operations
• Coordinate daily operating room schedules and workflow
• Ensure surgical instruments, implants, and supplies are prepared and available
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of surgical supplies
• Oversee OR efficiency and maintain compliance with safety and sterilization standards
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care
• Assist with turnover between cases and maintain a clean, organized operating room
