If we have your attention, please read on to learn more.About this role.As a Hospitalist at our St. James Hospital, you'll work collaboratively with hospital and medical group providers, to provide top notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with APPs, care and case management, the Emergency Medicine team, and excellent support staff!Competitive Compensation: $346,500 annual salary plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.Quality Incentive: up to $15,000Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). We're also PSLF eligible!You will practice at our St. James Hospital, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT.We run two shifts - day and night.Full-time position (165 shifts for the year)Mixture of days and nights with a 7 on 7 off model.Daily APP coverage.Strong partnership with our St. Vincent Regional hospital.
