Job Description

The RN will work in the Med/Surg unit, providing high-quality care to patients with diverse medical needs. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently alongside other nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg setting
• Utilize medical protocols and procedures to administer treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system
• Collaborate with medical staff and communicate patient needs effectively

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current acute care Med/Surg experience
• BLS Certification required
• Experience in surgical and medical nursing preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
