Facilities TechnicianLocation: Greenville, SC 29615 (on-site) Standard Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-4 PM (days) Starting Pay: $21.00/hour to $25.00/hour, based on experience (hourly, full-time)Job Summary Our Facilities Technician helps to ensure that all company facilities and equipment are in perfect working condition by following preventative maintenance schedules and performing repairs as needed. They also assist with the remodeling of our facilities to include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general construction work. Repairs, maintenance, and construction responsibilities are accomplished using hand tools and other specialized equipment. This position plays a key role in supporting a fast-paced environment to ensure a quick turnaround of projects and minimal downtime of facilities and building equipment. We're looking for someone experienced enough to take ownership of this work and run with it, with minimal oversight.
