Awards focused Art & Print Producer Los Angeles, CA – This role primarily supports awards campaigns with the flexibility to support launch campaigns. The position reports to the Sr. Manager, Art & Print Production and focuses on global execution and delivery of marketing artwork, ensuring high standards for craftsmanship, efficiency, and scale. Responsibilities Manage the finishing, production, localization, and servicing of design assets (key art, print adaptations, digital OOH), ensuring brand, layout, and specs for Marketing, Awards, and Communications teams. Plan and manage internal and external print production communication and workflow, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and deliverables. Shepherd scope, budget, and overall print production resources. Liaise with internal and external partners to provide functional guidance and industry best practices on art and print campaign collateral. Identify and drive initiatives to streamline the print production process. Collaborate on new ways of working, including leveraging AI‑assisted tools and techniques. Qualifications 7+ years of print production experience in entertainment, agency, or a similar environment. Experience with theatrical marketing, including knowledge of MPA regulations and working with DGA and WGA rules for OOH creative, and experience on Print & OOH Awards campaigns. Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Fluent in digital OOH formats and best practices. Strong working knowledge of RGB to CMYK conversion and the transition between digital to print color. Understanding of the differences between digital comp files and high‑resolution print finishes. Fluent in print formats with fundamentals of asset management, servicing, and trafficking. Deep commitment to innovation and workflow optimization using new and emerging technology, including AI‑assisted tools and techniques. Digital and AV experience is a plus.
