Senior Software Engineer (FIS Profile) - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer (FIS Profile) for a Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity. This role is for a Senior Software Engineer to support a highly customized, legacy FIS Profile DDA application. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise in maintaining and developing Profile v6.2/AMR99 and the PFW (Profile for Windows) front-end, while also assisting in a major Profile Upgrade assessment and other key banking initiatives. Responsibilities: Design, code, test, and maintain the FIS Profile DDA application to meet user needs Develop and amend Profile v6.2/AMR99 versions and PFW codes to support business requests Provide technical expertise for all Profile environments: Development, QA, Release, and Production Document all code changes and perform unit testing Conduct code reviews for other team members Review new software fixes or enhancements delivered by the vendor Assist with Production support, including investigating issues with payments and data flows Support key bank initiatives such as the Profile Upgrade/Replacement, ACH Back Office, and New Cash Management System enhancements Conduct design workshops for applications involved in Profile enhancements Requirements: 10+ years of software engineering experience Advanced expertise with FIS Profile DDA version 6.2 and AMR99 Advanced expertise with PFW (Profile for Windows) v6.2 Proficiency in programming languages: MUMPS, PSL (Profile Scripting Language), and PowerBuilder Experience with deployment and peripheral tools including Urban Code, Perforce, and ServiceNow Ability to support highly customized legacy application environments Pay range: up to $78.91 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
