Clinical Nurse Practitioner

The Clinical Nurse Practitioner role oversees infusion services in our ambulatory infusion centers. Expect working hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with occasional Saturdays, and the primary location is Eastman, GA with potential float to other clinics. Minimum Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nurse practitioner program and hold an active Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state(s) of practice. Experience in a family physician setting with strong knowledge of chronic disease states and current and emerging therapies. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Proficient with partner programs such as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to manage ambiguity, change, and pressure while maintaining calm professionalism. Team‑oriented mindset and ability to develop productive, cooperative working relationships with all Palmetto Infusion team members. Essential Functions Collaborate with nurses and other providers (NPs/MDs) across PIS. Perform nursing functions as required while acting as a provider. Oversee infusions administered in ambulatory infusion centers. Travel to other AICs to provide coverage when needed. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all existing and developing infusion therapies. Physical Demands Frequent standing, walking, sitting, bending, twisting, talking, and hearing. Extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, reading, driving, or riding in transport vehicles. Occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. Required vision abilities include reading, distance, computer, and color vision. Talking and hearing are essential for communication with patients, vendors, and staff.
