KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a book of employee benefits business targeting middle-market employers (100–2500 employees)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the DC Metro market
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners
• Conduct needs assessments and benefits plan analysis
• Present comprehensive employee benefits solutions including medical, dental, vision, life, and ancillary lines
• Collaborate with internal teams across account management, compliance, and operations
• Cross-sell across Benefits, P&C, and Executive Lines platforms
• Leverage proprietary AI tools to enhance presentations and close rates

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Life & Health license
• Proven new business development track record in employee benefits
• Middle-market account experience - groups in the 100–2500 employee range
• Established relationships with employers and HR decision-makers in the DC Metro area preferred
• Entrepreneurial mindset with growth ambition
