Compensation, Schedule & Incentives Pay: $19.00–$20.50 per hour, based on experience and education Part‑Time Start: 15–20 hours per week required Path to Full‑Time: Opportunity to expand into full‑time hours based on center needs and your availability Hiring Bonus

• 300 for part‑time employees after completing 150 clinical hours within 6 months
• 600 after completing 300 clinical hours within 6 months
