DevOps Engineer: IV (Lead)

Job Description

Role Description: Leads the integration of security practices into the development and operations process to ensure continuous delivery of secure and resilient software, as well manage DevSecOps tools and the central CI/CD pipeline

Responsibilities:

• Integrate security practices throughout development and operations
• Implement automated security testing and risk assessments
• Deploy and maintain security tooling for monitoring and incident response
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with teams to promote a security-aware culture and respond to incidents effectively
• Monitor and assess the performance of tools / software
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines are in place
• Build tools / software to enhance end-user experience and integrate with internal systems

Core Requirements:

• 5 - 10 years of Banking Industry experience
• 10-15 years of experience
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• GitHub AWS Cloud formation templates
• Leading Teams for large scale AWS implementations

Nice to have: Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.
