Physical Therapist - Home Health Full Time, DaysLocation: White River Junction, VT area; Lebanon, NH area; Bradford, VT area; Windsor, VT areaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Full-time, Day shiftJob Description: As a Physical Therapist with Visiting Nurse and Hospice for Vermont and New Hampshire, you will have the opportunity to form strong relationships with your patients, becoming an integral part of their care team.
