The Position The General Manager – Service is responsible for leading all aspects of the service organization across the Florida market, with primary oversight of operations, team development, and performance management. This individual will ensure excellence in service delivery while driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner closely with service sales leadership, align field execution with strategic objectives, and ensure the development of strong internal processes and performance metrics. This role requires a balance of operational rigor and leadership presence, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and building a high‑performing team.
