HR Executive / HR Systems Analyst

We are looking for an HR professional with experience or exposure to HR systems such as SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any other HR module. The candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, system activities, and employee data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR operations using SAP HR / PeopleSoft HR / HRIS systems
• Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Support payroll, benefits, and time management activities
• Prepare basic HR reports and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for HR system support
• Ensure HR process compliance and data accuracy

Required Skills

• Experience or exposure to SAP HR, PeopleSoft HR, or any HR module
• Basic understanding of HR processes
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $42.00 per hour
