Government Process Scrum Master - Mid

Government Process Scrum Master – Mid Arlington, VA Supports Agile teams delivering digital modernization and data initiatives supporting CDAO programs. Responsibilities Support Agile team coordination and sprint execution. Facilitate daily stand‑ups and Agile ceremonies. Work closely with Program Manager, Chief Architect, and Task Leads to plan and deliver government deliverables. Track sprint progress and team performance metrics. Assist in removing development impediments. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 4+ years of experience supporting Agile development teams in federal or DoD programs. Scrum Master certification (by contract start). Active Secret security clearance required (or higher). Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Agile delivery for AI, data analytics, or digital modernization programs within DoD or federal government environments. Strong knowledge of SAFe, DevSecOps, and Agile performance metrics, with experience facilitating cross‑functional collaboration in fast‑paced government programs. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to work on site 5 days a week. Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting. Must be capable of managing multiple efforts with time‑related constraints in a fast‑paced contracting environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder groups and individuals. Friendly presence, helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work well with others. Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications. Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications, and experience working in a home office setting as well as the ability to train end users on frequently asked technical issues. Ability to provide technical assistance and support over the phone; good phone skills, professional demeanor, and previous customer service experience strongly desired.
