QA Lab Technician

Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a QA Lab Technician to join their team. As a QA Lab Technician, you will be part of the Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: QA Lab Technician Location: Fort Worth, TX Pay Range: $20.95 Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 12:30 AM rotating schedule What's the Job? Perform routine laboratory testing including pH, salt, color, drained weights, and viscosity measurements Conduct environmental monitoring and allergen swabbing to ensure food safety compliance Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as FoodScan and Mohr titration devices Document test results accurately and enter data into SAP system Support quality audits, calibration, and equipment maintenance activities What's Needed? Experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment Knowledge of food safety systems, GMPs, and environmental monitoring programs Hands‑on experience with laboratory testing and QA documentation Proficiency in SAP and spreadsheet-based systems Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail What's in it for me?
