What you'll do

• Run several commercial roofing projects at once, from contract award to closeout, covering schedules, budgets, submittals, and change orders
• Be the go-to person for superintendents, foremen, general contractors, owners, and manufacturers
• Keep every job on time, on budget, and profitable
• Walk jobs for quality checks and manufacturer warranty inspections
• Keep your crews safe and every jobsite in compliance

What you bring

• 3+ years managing commercial roofing projects
• Hands-on experience with TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, coatings, and metal systems
• Comfort with plans, specs, and scheduling (The EDGE, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff is a bonus)
• Strong organization, clear communication, and pride in your work
