We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist II to perform advanced CT examinations and provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex CT examinations.
- Perform CTA, cardiac, stroke, trauma, and other advanced CT procedures.
- Assist Radiologists with CT-guided procedures and invasive exams.
- Evaluate patients for contraindications and ensure proper preparation.
- Administer oral, rectal, and IV contrast according to protocols.
- Establish IV access and follow safe contrast-injection procedures.
- Perform multiplanar and 3D image reconstruction.
- Recognize abnormal imaging findings and communicate concerns to the Radiologist.
- Work with Trauma, Stroke, Cardiology, and other clinical teams.
- Ensure proper image quality, documentation, and patient safety.
- Assist with anesthesia and pediatric CT exams when required.
- Follow radiation safety and infection-control standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Science/Radiologic Technology program.
- ARRT certification required or registry eligible.
- Advanced CT certification required.
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of CT Technologist experience required.
- Must maintain required registry and continuing education.
