About This Role The Nurse Manager for OR/Endoscopy at Wentworth Douglass Hospital directs, plans, and coordinates nursing service activities and staffing performance to ensure quality patient care. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are committed to fostering a positive work environment. Highlights Pay: $106,995.20 - $155,542.40/Annual Location: Dover, NH Facility: Wentworth-Douglass Hospital Department/Unit: OR/Endoscopy Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift What You’ll Do Ensure the development, implementation, and evaluation of staff onboarding, training, and education. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback for staff. Ensure a positive work environment that is safe for patients, visitors, and staff. Coordinate unit activities with other hospital departments. Develop and implement staffing plans. Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required Master's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience 2-3 years of nursing experience required 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN License in NH required ACLS preferred BLS Certification preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
