Eligibility and Requirements Family Medicine Physicians must have at least six months of emergency department experience. Family Medicine Residents may moonlight in the ED. J‑1 Visa accepted. Emergency Department Details Volume: 5,000 patients annually. Beds: 4. Staffing model: 12‑, 24‑, or 48‑hour shifts. EMR system: Cerner. Dedicated well‑stocked physician sleep room. Attached quiet room available. New Sonosite ultrasound purchased in July 2025. Compensation Estimated W‑2 hourly pay range: $99 – $207. Estimated 1099 hourly pay range: $110 – $240.
