We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction project manager in Greensboro, North Carolina. The Project Manager will manage various projects related to the workload of the Trade Shows & Events Team. This role requires an individual who is supremely organized and can work with new and existing clients from concept to engineering and architect to design and construction to delivery. This role will manage the budget for the project and update the client routinely regarding the progress and delivery date.
These projects include trade shows, events, conferences and other customer related events that the company (both from a corporate and business unit perspective) participates in each year. Oversee key business unit leads and other cross-functional teams and implement schedule and timelines.
Qualifications are:
Bachelors of Business Administration or Marketing
Prior experience with Project Management required - doesn't have to be in construction
5-7 years of experience
Must be willing to travel a few times a year
