Lead Maintenance Technician & Inspector

Summary Specialize in Gulfstream, Challenger, and other general aviation jets. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for an experienced A&P mechanic ready to take on inspection authority and mentor others in a safety‑first, TQM‑driven, people‑oriented environment. Lead and perform inspections and maintenance on general aviation jets. Serve as a certified Inspector under FAA Part 145 requirements. Mentor technicians and drive continuous improvement and quality compliance. Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards. Requirements FAA A&P license (required). 3–5+ years' experience with Gulfstream, Challenger, or similar aircraft. Inspector‑qualified under Part 145. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, OEM manuals, and quality systems. Leadership experience with a team‑focused mindset. Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
