Machine Operator- Mill

We are seeking Production Workers for the SFA Department. Principal Functional Responsibilities Understand and follow written or verbal instructions accurately. Complete work with accuracy and efficiency. Cut full sheets of wood to size on a rear loaded panel saw. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Perform repetitive motions for extended periods. Essential Qualifications and Skills One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry, or detail‑oriented environment. Two to three years of work experience. Knowledge of safe work practices. Basic computer skills. High School diploma or GED preferred. Math skills. Ability to read/write English. Ability to operate various tools. Ability to work in a team environment. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, stooping, and walking. May be required to frequently lift over 30–40 lbs. Overtime required, including some weekends.
