Mei & Doug live next to the national park in Gulf Breeze FL. We have an Airbnb guest suite which is at the second floor of our house, it needs to be cleaned regularly. It’s one bedroom, one bathroom and one small kitchenette with a mini fridge, without washing machine, a dishwasher, and a full oven like a hotel. It is small around 650 square feet. Needs your full turnover cleaning between guests from check out 11 am to check in 4 pm. We are seeking a meticulous housekeeper to maintain our Airbnb guest suite. The ideal candidate will excel in general bedrooms, upkeep of bathroom cleaning, and thorough kitchenette and fridge cleaning. We can do the laundry most of time, then put all the clean laundry in big containers in housekeeper supplier area, so this suite can be cleaned within two hours without laundry. You can give me two quotes for without doing laundry and with doing laundry. • Take the wet shower rug and tower in front of the shower outside to get dry first, then take the trash and used laundry to the patio or wash.
• Use duster to dust all the surface, bed frame surface and back under of the bed, vacuum/mop all floors, rugs, and carpets and clean the all corner dust.
• Disinfect bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink, mirror)
• Wipe and sanitize all surfaces (Bed frame surface, counters, tables, handles, remotes, switches)
• Then change all the used beddings.Put enough clean shower towels on the selves in closet. Prepare sofa bedding on the selves as well.

2. 🧊 Kitchenette Reset

• Wash dishes and clean the sink, coffee maker, cookware...
• Check and wipe down appliances (microwave, fridge, burner)
• Restock essentials (paper towels, dish soap, coffee, tea, etc.)

3. 🧺 Laundry

• We do the laundry: We put all the clean laundry in big containers in housekeeper supplier area in Airbnb.
• You do the laundry: You wash and dry sheets, towels, bathmats, and possibly kitchen cloths outside then hang them on laundry rope under the sunshine in our backyard, then put them into dryer perfect steam 15mins, Fold and store or reset linens to big containers for next clean.

• Make beds neatly and attractively as our need.
• Arrange pillows, furniture, and décor as per host’s standards
• Ensure cleanliness and “photo-ready” presentation.

5. 📦 Restocking & Inventory

• Refill toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo)
• Note or report low inventory to host

6. 🕵️ Damage & Missing Item Checks

• Inspect for stains, damage, or missing items after each stay.
• Report issues to host immediately with photos if needed.

7. 📷 Photo Documentation (optional but preferred) • Take photos after each cleaning to confirm readiness or report damages.
