Late Night Differential: Additional $3.00/hour from 10:00 PM–2:00 AM

Minimum Experience: Previous supervisory experience preferred

Job Description:
Taco John's in Minot is hiring a dependable and driven Night Manager to lead our evening team and ensure smooth operations through closing. If you're a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys late-night energy, this role is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee night shift operations and team performance
Train and support crew members for excellent guest service
Ensure proper closing procedures and shift documentation
Manage inventory, cash handling, and nightly reporting
Maintain health, safety, and cleanliness standards
