Floyd's 99 Barbershop in Nolensville is hiring licensed Hair Stylists who bring talent, personality, and great energy behind the chair!

Pay Range$25-$50+ per hour: hourly guarantee - or- commission, whichever is greater
(including service commissions, tips, product commissions, and bonuses)

- Perform exceptional barber services including fades, tapers, clipper work, razor services, and beard grooming.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience with confidence, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized station and follow all sanitation standards.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with weekends required.
- Support the Floyd's culture - upbeat, inclusive, energetic, and team-focused.
- Current Barber or Cosmetology License (must be comfortable with clipper cutting).
- Strong skills in cutting, styling, and clipper techniques.
- Great communication and customer service skills with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to work well in a busy, high-volume shop.
- Open to working evenings and Sundays.
- Busy shop = steady clientele = strong earning potential.
- Ongoing advanced education through Floyd's technical training program.
