Registered Nurse - Radiology

Job Summary:
The Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role in providing specialized nursing care within the radiology unit. The position involves supporting vascular procedures and ensuring patient safety and comfort during interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care specifically tailored to vascular and biopsy/drain procedures.
• Monitor patient health status and vital signs throughout interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system, Merge.
• Adhere to unit policies, including dress code and safety protocols.
• Assist in preparing patients for procedures and post-procedure recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid ARRT or RN license as required.
• Demonstrate experience in vascular procedures and patient care.
• Show high energy, strong attention to detail, and empathy.
• Be able to work independently in a high-intensity environment.
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS and other necessary certifications required.
