First Horizon Bank - 200 Westgate Road - Responsibilities: Provide quality, accurate and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions and opening accounts; Open and process new demand and time deposit accounts including savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and money market accounts; Cross-sell and make referrals to bank partners to generate new business and deepen existing client relationships; Conduct regular outbound calls to clients and prospects during deposit/loan campaigns; Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times and support daily operations
