What We're Looking For 3+ years of HVAC field service experience 2+ years of commercial refrigeration experience EPA Universal Certification Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities Excellent customer communication skills Ability to confidently recommend repair and replacement solutions NATE Certification is a plus Experience servicing a broad range of commercial HVAC-R equipment is preferred Self-motivated professional with leadership potential is a plus Why Join Our Team?
