Practice Info 335-bed hospital Care team model Case assignments: Cardiac, General, Endo, Ortho, OB, Vascular, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Radiology, Electrophysiology & more Responsibilities Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Compensation Salary: if Cardiac Trained, $525K Sign on Incentives: $100K for 3 year commitment Benefits Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance Generous paid time off Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage Loan repayment & training assistance available Qualifications M.D./D.O.
