You will partner with the Nursing Supervisor and Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.\nRequirements:\n\n Licensed Practical Nurse in the state seeking employment\n Comfortable working independently with the population when needed\n Compliance with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) program protocols\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n Administer/dispense medication under direction of physician\n Ensure the treatment plan of the physician or Medical Director is being followed\n Giving and interpreting Mantoux Testing\n Complete blood draws\n Assists in training staff in medical and health and safety matters as well as assisting in properly maintaining medical equipment.\n Provide training for staff development specific to health care needs i.e., CPR, First Aid, Blood Pressure.\n Educates clients about methadone maintenance and detoxification as well as side effects and provides education to clients on lab results and all medical matters.\n Educates pregnant patients about prenatal care and assists primary counselor in coordinating outside services as needed.\n Other duties as needed.\n\nBenefit\n\n 18 days PTO (Paid Time Off)\n 401k with company match\n Company sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities.\n Full comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability and accident insurance.\n Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP)\n Discounted tuition and scholarships through Capella University\n\nJoin our team.
