Charge Nurse - Medical Surgical

Schedule
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12Hr Nights)
Hours: 36 hrs/week

Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Requirements
- New Hampshire RN license or Compact
- 3+ years current experience in Medical Surgical
- Charge experience required
- EMR experience with EPIC (highly preferred)
- Active American Heart Association BLS certification
- Active American Heart Association ACLS certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage patient care on the medical surgical unit.
- Integrate collaborative care planning for individual patients.
- Implement nursing standards in the processes of care.
- Supervise and assist nursing staff in providing care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.

Compliance / Notes
- All requests for time off must be submitted prior to submission and will not be approved after submission.
- A New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate is required with submission.
- Local travelers are not eligible for this position.
- Non-billable orientation hours are 0.
- Every other weekend and holidays may be required.
