What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $26/hour DOE Opportunity to grow with a newly established business Modern facility equipped with the latest Hunter diagnostic and alignment equipment Supportive and team-oriented work environment Professional development and advancement opportunities What You'll Do As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability by: Diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues Performing repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems Conducting advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment and software Performing inspections and recommending required repairs Completing oil changes, brake services, tire installations, alignments, and other preventative maintenance services Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models, including hybrid and electric vehicles Documenting repairs, labor, and parts accurately Ensuring all work meets safety, manufacturer, and company standards Assisting with workflow management and supporting shop operations as needed Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Delivering excellent customer service by clearly explaining vehicle concerns and repair recommendations What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years of automotive repair and diagnostic experience Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and computerized vehicle systems Experience diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues ASE Certifications preferred Technical or vocational training in automotive repair preferred Experience with EV and hybrid vehicle repair is a plus Leadership or mentorship experience is highly desirable Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a fast-paced shop environment Flexibility to work weekends and business-required schedules Why Join NU3S?
