School CookThe Goddard School of Pearland Parkway is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic School Cook to join our team! If you love preparing fresh, nutritious meals and enjoy working in a positive environment with children, we'd love to meet you!What You'll DoPrepare and serve daily meals and snacks for our students according to school menus and nutrition guidelines.Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.Properly store, label, and rotate food and supplies.Accommodate documented food allergies and dietary restrictions.Monitor food inventory and communicate when supplies need to be ordered.Maintain accurate kitchen and food-service records.Work closely with the school administration and teaching team to ensure meals are prepared and served on schedule.Help create a welcoming mealtime experience for our students.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Reliable, punctual, and organized.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks.Experienced with food preparation and kitchen sanitation.Detail-oriented and committed to following food safety procedures.Patient, positive, and comfortable working in a childcare environment.Able to communicate effectively with staff and administration.Passionate about providing healthy, kid-friendly meals.Previous experience cooking in a childcare center, school, healthcare facility, or similar setting is a plus!Why Join Our Team?At The Goddard School, you'll be part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of young children every day.
