Operational Excellence Lead

Job Description As the Operational Excellence Lead for the joint USBU and OBU DD&Torganization,you will report to the Head of Portfolio Strategy & Operational Excellence.In this role,you willbeaccountable for leading all operational excellence activities acrossthis new, integratedorganization, includingcontract managementand interfacing with budget management teams, annual operating calendar management, teamcoordination, meeting logistics, and rolling out and embedding operational excellence skills and capabilities across teams-with the objective of upskilling colleagues to run lean, efficient, and effective teams. This Portfolio Strategy & Operational Excellence team is accountable to deliver consistent operationsacrosstheUSBU and OBU DD&T organization,whichacceleratesour ability to setcommon operational reporting, KPIs and targets, andto have performance discussions withour business stakeholders and strategy and operational peers. As an Operational Excellence Lead , you willbe responsible for: ACCOUNTABILITIES: Build trusted relationships with the USBU and OBU DD&T Team, BU and DD&T Strategy and Operations teams, Finance, and Procurement partners toestablishsimple, transparent ways of working anddrivecontinuous improvement. Monitoringoverall USBU and OBU DD&T ways of workingto driveproductivity and predictability in operating rhythms. Drives operational excellence framework and capabilities across allUSBU and OBU DD&T teams. Owns the Annual Operating Calendar for USBU and OBU DD&T that integrates business planning milestones and enterprise DD&T operating model cadence. Establishesand drivesprocess and ways of working for contract management,collaboration with budget managers, and forecasting acrossentireteam. Identifiesopportunitiesto simplifyprocesses,operationalize repeatable work across the organization, leverage enterprisetoolsandprocessesto drive productivity. Responsible foroperatingtheend-to-endprocessfor contract management acrossorganization. Providesmeetinglogisticsandteam coordination support to this integrated, cross-functional, global organization. EDUCATIONAL, BEHAVIORIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS ** :** ABachelor or Masterdegree isrequired Proven ability to work within a cross regional, functional, multicultural, and virtual context (matrix organization) Able to handle a complex environment of constant change, proven success in a highlymatrix-ed, fast paced, and challenging business environment. Good judgement and strong leadership skills Strong communicationand interpersonal skills Demonstrated successcollaborating withglobal teams, withabilityto lead effectively and work concurrently across multiple priorities in a goal-oriented timeline-driven, and dynamic work environment, with quality and accuracy. For Location: Boston, MA U.S. Base Salary Range: $116,000.00 - $182,270.00 The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
