We’re looking for dependable Production Packers to join our team in a clean, controlled food production environment. In this role, you’ll help package and prepare products for shipment while maintaining high quality and safety standards. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a strong team, this is a great opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare food products for shipment in a timely manner.
• Label, stage, and organize finished goods for distribution.
• Inspect product and packaging to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area that meets food-grade standards.
• Follow all safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any product defects or equipment issues to leadership immediately.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, packing, or warehouse environments preferred.
• Comfortable working around food products and following strict hygiene guidelines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move products as required.
• Punctuality and readiness to work each shift.

Work Environment

This role is based in a clean, fast-paced production facility with a strong team focus.

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
