Our stores close at 2pm so you never miss a dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. About the Role We are looking for a Shift Leader. Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback and coach team members when needed, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. Responsibilities The Shift Leader ensures the quality of the food and beverages we serve, keeps a safe and clean store environment, and supports the team in maintaining high standards of service. The Shift Leader also helps with inventory management, cash handling, and any other duties necessary to keep the store running smoothly. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends. Must be able to pass a background check as applicable. Must possess a ServSafe Certification or be able to acquire it prior to completion of leadership training. Possession of a current, valid, state‑issued driver’s license (preferred but required only at specific locations). Background check and other qualifications must meet company policy.
