Outpatient Pediatric Occupational Therapist BayCare is currently searching for our newest Outpatient Occupational Therapist – Pediatrics who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. This outpatient pediatric position serves a diverse population of infants through school‑aged patients, with a heavy caseload of developmental delay and children on the spectrum. The role is based at Specialty Center Mease Countryside Hospital. Evaluates and develops specific treatment programs for individual patients/residents based on their needs and in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Heavy developmental delay and autism caseload. Responsible for providing the appropriate level of clinical direction for Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Rehabilitation Technicians, Fitness Specialists, Massage Therapists, Occupational Therapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant students and volunteers. 3 or more years of Pediatric Outpatient experience preferred. Bilingual a plus. A supervising licensed Occupational Therapist may only supervise one permittee at any given time.
