Inside Retail Sales Associate
- Simons Uniforms in Lynn has been a leader in the uniform industry for over 100 years.
- We provide high-quality apparel, footwear, and accessories to Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, Postal and Industrial customers.
We are looking for an individual to join our inside sales team.
- Fun, fast-paced and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers when they enter the store.
- Helping customers find the products they need.
- Writing up and processing customer orders.
- Remain knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Explain the benefits and functions of the products we sell and what would be best for each customer’s needs.
Qualifications include:
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with other team members

Business Hours:
M-F: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Sat: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
