Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team. Mandatory Skill: SDLC Concepts Business Analysis Requirements Management Process Focus, JCL, COBOL, SQL and Mainframe utilities. Preferred skills: Loyalty knowledge Key Responsibilities Seasoned Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations, process optimization, and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model. Analyze current business processes, identify gaps and modernization opportunities, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and use cases. Collaborate with business, operations, development, and QA teams to validate solutions, support UAT, perform impact analysis, and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements. Support backlog refinement, prioritization, root cause analysis, reporting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data protection standards Work Authorization Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
